The online store is available to purchase BioGuard Pool and Spa chemicals, filter media, and maintenance equipment. We encourage you to stop and see our complete selection in the store. We offer In-Store Pick up, curbside pick up, and *Free Delivery within a 30 mile radius with a $150.00 order.*

We are a company that provides installation and service of in-ground and above ground pools, retail store with a friendly, expert sales team to help serve you with all your pool needs. We sell BioGuard Pool and Spa Chemicals, pool lounges, games and more. Palmer’s is a Hayward pool equipment center, and offers in shop service on Hayward equipment. We are also an authorized Rheem Heater retailer. Palmer’s also offers a full line of solar and winter covers.

Palmer Pools knowledgeable staff excels at being friendly, listening to our customers and paying attention to detail. Our experienced and talented technicians design and install vinyl liner inground pools, semi in-ground pools and above ground pools. Meet the Palmer Team!

Mary Ann

Mary Ann Palmer started in the family business at the age of 8 years old. Mary Ann continued her education at Penn State University and graduated in 1982 with Bachelor's of Architectural Engineering with emphasis in construction management. Mary Ann was employed at Bower's Construction Company as a IBM Critical Map Scheduler for the construction Company. In 1985, when her parents retired from Palmer Pool Sales she moved back to Pennsylvania and assumed the role of Manager of Palmer Pool Sales. In 2012 Mary Ann assumed the role of Owner of Palmer Pool Sales. In addition, Mary Ann went back to School and earned her degree in Nursing at Penn State in 2012 and works part time as a registered Nurse at a local community hospital. Mary Ann enjoys life and giving back to the community that she grew up in. Mary Ann enjoys swimming, white water rafting, and most all outdoor sports. Gary

Gary has been with Palmer Pool Sales for over 35 years. Gary is our Senior Field Manager. Gary oversees all pool service, pool openings and closings, and new installations for Palmer Pool Sales. His 35 years experience guarantee you will always have the best of the best on your job!

Tyler

Tyler has been working in pool service and as a service technician for 10+ years. He is also the master plumber on our crew! You could say he has been doing this all his life if you count all the years riding along with his dad when he was just a youngster!

Isaac

Isaac started in the pool business as a winter cover scrubber and summer help. He graduated from the Mercer County Career Center in the Welding program and now he has quickly become a valuable part of our crew!

Emily

Emily is the office manager at Palmer Pool Sales. She wears many hats in the office, and is most likely the one you'll speak to when you call. From well pumps to swimming pool chemicals and replacement parts, Emily has you covered!

Janice

Janice will tell you she is "just the secretary", however we will tell you she is SO much more!

Where it all started...

A brick and mortar business was started in 1954 by my father, Virgil C. Palmer, as Palmer Well Drilling and Pump Sales. In 1968 my Dad installed his first fiberglass and concrete in-ground pool and opened a 10′ x 10′ retail store for selling pools and supplies. I, Mary Ann Palmer, started in the business at 8 years old. My brother, Jeff, began working in the business at 11 years old. My sister, Roxanne, started working in the business at 13 years of age. Palmer Pool Sales has been a family owned and operated business from the beginning. In 1970, we built a 5,000 square foot retail store with an indoor display pool.

The business was operated with my Dad at the helm until his retirement in 1985. My brother, Jeff Palmer, successfully owned and operated Palmer’s until 2012 when he lost his courageous battle against cancer. The family business is now owned by myself, Mary Ann Palmer.
